Your trusted partner from start to finish. They’ll take time to understand your goals, tailor every detail to your needs, and ensure everything stays on track with clear, proactive communication at every stage.

Your Project Manager

The engine room of your project. They oversee planning, logistics, and daily coordination. Their focus is on ensuring the right teams have the right information exactly when they need it.

Your Office Support

Handling all admin and procurement, including quotes, contracts, purchase orders and invoicing. They are the behind-the-scenes experts who keep everything moving smoothly.

Your Design Team

Working closely with the Regional Account Manager, they develop stunning visuals tailored to your project. Where appropriate, they design bespoke motifs that reflect your unique identity and elevate the overall scheme. Their detailed design process ensures a smooth handover to trusted manufacturing partners, allowing for seamless progression from concept to installation.

Rob Hollingworth

Regional Account Manager

Rob is our Regional Account Manager for the South West and South Wales.

Rob started out as an electrician moving into project management before joining The Festive Lighting Company 10 years ago.

Alex Braga

Regional Account Manager

Alex covers the South East and East Anglia.

His background is mainly in sales and account management, and he has gained valuable experience through working with several corporate companies before joining The Festive Lighting Company.

Paul Higgins

Regional Account Manager

Covering Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, Paul has extensive experience in Christmas lighting.
Whilst working for Derry City and Strabane District Council, he developed, planned and supervised the provision of their Christmas lights for over 20 years. From working on procurement through to design concepts, Paul’s experience in Christmas Lighting speaks for itself.

Matthew Jackson

Regional Account Manager

Covering the North of England and North Wales, Matt creates festive lighting schemes that reflect each town’s unique character and story.

With experience designing standout installations across diverse settings, he transforms public spaces into joyful experiences that foster community pride and warmth.

Jon Bradford

Sales Director

Jon is an accomplished leader with over 18 years of experience in understanding client requirements and providing exceptional service to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

With a strong background in project management and client relations, he has consistently achieved outstanding results in both project and team performance.

Liam Grunsell

Operations and Delivery Manager

Liam is a talented project manager and leader with over 12 years of experience, specialising in delivering complex, high-value programmes in demanding environments.

Liam’s leadership style fosters continuous improvement, professional development, and a culture of care, making him a trusted partner in delivering excellence for customers.

Carol Carey

Project and Sales Administrator

Carol has worked for the company since late 2016 and has had many roles whilst working for the company from assisting Graphics to covering for the Operations Manager.

Thanks to her diverse experience and dedication to every project, Carol brings a thorough understanding of the company’s processes and a strong commitment to supporting customers and colleagues alike.

Molly Williams

Project and Sales Administrator

Molly has recently joined the team, supporting sales and administration.

She brings experience from catering and six years in the textile component industry, giving her a strong foundation in organisation and customer-focused support.

Ben Roach

Lead Graphic Designer

Ben has over 17 years’ experience in digital and print design.

Since joining in 2016, he has shaped the company’s visual identity and guided the design team to create visuals that capture the spirit of our displays and bring delight to audiences across the projects we work on.

Kate Horrobin

Artworker

Kate specialises in visualising schemes that bring festive designs to life.

With a degree in Surface Pattern Design and a background in interiors, she takes pride in exceeding client expectations through thoughtful, well-crafted simulations. She finds real satisfaction in seeing her work enjoyed in public spaces.

Cat Wynn

Artworker

Cat has recently joined the team as an Artworker, bringing creativity and fresh ideas from her Degree in Illustration and Masters in Animation.

With a strong foundation in visual storytelling, she is ready to channel her skills into producing imaginative, high-quality designs that enhance our projects.
